Where are you located?

Our private warehouse is located in Dover, NJ. Visits are by appointment only.

How often do you get new inventory?

We do a weekly inventory drop every Friday at 7 PM, with the best pieces selling fast. First come, first served.

Buying & Appointments

How do I see your couches?

You can:
1. Schedule a private appointment at our Dover warehouse.
2. Join our Instagram drop group to see inventory as it’s released.
3. Request a FaceTime call for a virtual viewing.

Do you require a deposit to hold a couch?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your order. We do not reserve items without a confirmed delivery date.

Can I return a couch if I change my mind?

All sales are final upon delivery. Customers should carefully inspect items at delivery. If there is something we genuinely missed on our end, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Delivery & Services

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Our delivery rates are:
• Free curbside delivery within 10 miles of our Dover warehouse.
• $2 per mile for deliveries beyond 10 miles.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is a $100 flat fee. This includes bringing the couch inside, placement, and setup in your home.

Do you offer couch removal?

Yes, for $100, we’ll safely remove your old couch and handle the heavy lifting.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Yes, depending on availability, we can often deliver the same day or next day.

Product Quality

Are the couches new or used?

We sell both gently used, high-quality secondhand couches and brand-new pieces from liquidation or wholesale partnerships (such as Ashley Furniture).

How are couches cleaned before sale?

Every couch goes through a professional deep-cleaning process:
• Vacuuming and fabric shaving
• Shampooing with industrial-grade cleaner
• Odor and stain treatment
• Laundered removable cushion covers
• Final inspection before staging

Do the couches come assembled?

Most sectionals are delivered in multiple pieces for easy moving. Our White Glove team can assemble them in your home.

We accept cash, card, and payment upon delivery.

Yes, New Jersey sales tax applies to all purchases.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
